Refunds and Cancellation Policy
We thank you for choosing our services. Please read this Refunds and Cancellation Policy carefully, as it outlines your rights and obligations regarding any purchases or bookings made through the Platform.
1. Refund Requests
Refunds may be provided only in exceptional circumstances where the Platform has failed to deliver the agreed services. In such cases, the User may be entitled to a full refund after deduction of applicable taxes, if any.
Refund requests will not be entertained if the User fails to provide sufficient proof of the issue. The decision of the Platform regarding refund eligibility shall be final and binding.
2. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and credited using the same payment method that was used during the original transaction.
All refund requests must be submitted through the official User Support channels provided on the Platform. Requests made through unofficial or unauthorized channels will not be accepted.
Refunds shall be initiated only after a detailed internal review and investigation in accordance with the Platform’s guidelines.
While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, service descriptions, pricing, or availability may occasionally be affected by technical issues, typographical errors, or incorrect information. In such cases, the Platform reserves the right to cancel the affected booking and refund any amount paid.
3. Legal Terms
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be resolved through arbitration or other legally permissible means.
For enforcement of arbitration awards, equitable relief, or matters where litigation is allowed, both parties agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
The Platform maintains a record of fraudulent transactions and non-compliant users and reserves the right to deny access, cancel bookings, or suspend services for such users at its sole discretion.
