Terms of Use

This legal agreement is an electronic record in terms of the Indian Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, including amendments relating to electronic records. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

This document is published in accordance with Rule 3(1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries Guidelines) Rules, 2011 and Rule 4 of the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011.

This Application is created and operated by M/s Taxiwale.com, operating under the brand name “TaxiWale Partners” (“Application”).

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to the Application. “You”, “Your”, and “User” refer to individuals or entities competent to enter into binding contracts under Indian law.

1. General Terms

  1. Headings are for convenience only and have no legal value.
  2. Use of the Application is governed by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
  3. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are co-terminus in nature.
  4. Your continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of these Terms without the need for physical or digital signatures.
  5. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

2. Registration

Users may register by providing personal details including name, mobile number, email, postal code, city, license number, and Aadhaar number to ensure authenticity and prevent fraud.

3. Bookings

Bookings may be made subject to availability. An initial deposit may be required depending on the services selected.

Full payment must be completed before or during the trip. Drivers may request settlement before departure.

Booking modifications are subject to availability. Otherwise, cancellation and refund policies apply.

4. Eligibility

  1. You must be legally competent to enter into contracts.
  2. Minors may use the Application only with guardian consent.
  3. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. You agree to abide by the respective gateway’s terms and conditions.

6. Content

All content displayed may be user-generated or third-party content. We do not guarantee accuracy or authenticity.

Content is protected by copyright laws and may not be reused without written consent.

7. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxiWale and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your use of the Application or violation of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

  1. We are not responsible for connectivity or server issues.
  2. We are not liable for incorrect user-provided information.
  3. The Application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Term & Termination

  1. These Terms remain valid while you use the Application.
  2. You may stop using the Application at any time.
  3. We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice for legal or policy violations.

10. Communication

By using the Application, you consent to receive calls, emails, or SMS related to services.

11. User Obligations

Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and use the Application only for lawful purposes.

12. Suspension of Access

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or provide false information.

All trademarks, logos, designs, and content are the intellectual property of TaxiWale or respective owners and may not be used without permission.

14. Disclaimer

Use of the Application is at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

16. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
