This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to the purchase of digital membership plans offered through the TaxiWale Partner App (“Platform”). By purchasing any membership plan, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Shipping Policy

The Platform sells only digital memberships. Therefore, no physical shipping or delivery of goods takes place.

1.1 Digital Delivery

  • Upon successful payment, your membership plan is activated instantly or within a few minutes.
  • Activation confirmation is sent digitally via in-app notifications or to your registered mobile number/email (if applicable).

1.2 Delivery Failures

If membership activation is delayed due to network issues, payment gateway delays, or system errors, you may contact our support team via the official support section in the app. Our team will verify your payment and activate the membership manually if necessary.

2. Exchange Policy

Since memberships are digital services, exchanges are limited and allowed only under specific conditions.

2.1 Eligibility for Exchange

  • The membership plan was incorrectly assigned due to a technical error.
  • You were charged for a different plan than the one selected.
  • A duplicate plan was activated for the same user account due to payment gateway issues.

2.2 Non-Eligibility for Exchange

  • You selected the wrong plan by mistake.
  • You have already used or benefited from the purchased plan.
  • The issue is not supported by valid evidence or payment proof.
  • Your request violates our usage terms or fair-use policy.

2.3 Exchange Process

  1. Contact support through the official channel within the app.
  2. Provide proof such as transaction ID, screenshots, and registered mobile number.
  3. The support team will investigate the issue.
  4. If eligible, the incorrect plan will be cancelled and the correct membership will be assigned.

3. Special Conditions

  • All exchange requests are processed only after verification by the Platform team.
  • The decision of the Platform regarding eligibility and approval is final and binding.
  • No physical shipping, return pickup, or courier involvement is required.

4. Legal & Compliance

All matters related to this policy shall be governed by the laws of India. For any disputes, jurisdiction will lie exclusively with the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
